FOR SALE OF CHOMETZ
Rabbi Levitin and Rabbi Kornfeld will be facilitating the sale of Chometz.
Anyone who desires the Rabbis' facilitation of the sale of their Chometz should submit this Sale of Chometz form immediately.
Must be received at our offices no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, April 18, 2024
KNOW YE that I, the undersigned, fully empower and permit Rabbi Levitin to act in my place and stead, and in my behalf to sell all Chometz possessed by me (knowingly or unknowingly) as defined by the Torah and Rabbinic Law (e.g., Chometz, possible Chometz, and all kinds of Chometz mixtures). Also Chometz that tends to harden and to adhere to the inside surfaces of pans, pots or cooking and usable utensils, and all kinds of live animals that have been eating Chometz or mixtures thereof. And to lease all places wherein the Chometz owned by me may be found especially in the premises located at and elsewhere.
Rabbi Levitin has the full right to sell and to lease by transactions, as he deems fit and proper and for such time which he believes necessary in accordance with all detailed terms and detailed forms as explained in the general authorization contract which has been given this year to Rabbi Levitin to sell the Chometz.
This general authorization is made a part of this agreement. Also, I do hereby give said Rabbi Levitin full power and authority to appoint a substitute in his stead with full power to sell and to lease as provided herein; the above given power is in conformity with all Torah, Rabbinical regulations and laws, and States. And to this I hereby affix my signature on the day of in the year 5784.
